These Affiliate Program Terms of Service (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Clear Panel Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms, which supplement and incorporate by reference the Clear Panel Terms of Service.
To participate, you must complete the affiliate registration process and be accepted by Clear Panel.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
You agree to promote Clear Panel truthfully and ethically.
You must not:
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link or referral code.
Referrals are tracked via cookies or codes. We are not responsible for failures in tracking caused by users clearing cookies, incorrect setup, or other technical limitations.
Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% of subscription payments made by referred customers, for the lifetime of the customer’s subscription.
Referred customers receive a 10% discount on their first purchase.
Commissions are calculated on net revenue actually received by Clear Panel, excluding refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.
Commissions will be paid out once the minimum payout threshold of 50 EUR is reached.
Payments will be made via wire transfer when the minimum threshold is covered, and a withdrawal is requested.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information. We are not liable for failed payments due to incorrect details.
We reserve the right to update commission rates, payout schedules, discount structures, or any aspect of the Program at any time.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Affiliate Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the payout threshold will be forfeited.
Any breach of these Affiliate Terms will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Clear Panel’s logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.
You may not alter, modify, or misuse our intellectual property.
The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding earnings, performance, or availability of tracking systems.
Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions actually earned and payable to you under these Affiliate Terms.
These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bulgaria.
