Our Services are offered on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually), unless canceled before renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We accept payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment processors as displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information.
If payment is declined, your access to the Services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to update or modify subscription fees and pricing at any time.
Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle, and notice will be provided in advance.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or downgrades.
In cases of suspected fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to suspend accounts and investigate further before making any decision.
If your payment fails, we may retry the transaction periodically.
If payment is not completed within 5 days, your subscription and access to the Services may be suspended or terminated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for early termination.
Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in permanent termination of your account.
